• theCOMMONS Cloud 11, located on the 4th floor of Cloud 11, will span over 5,420 square meters of space and will open in late 2024.

Cloud 11, Asia’s largest hub of content creators developed by MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited), in partnership with Kinnest Group (a holding company with businesses ranging from F&B to community spaces) has now unveiled the concept and details of theCOMMONS Cloud 11.  Situated on the 4th floor of Cloud 11, this new community space will be ready for operation in late 2024.  The “Creators’ Backyard” concept is a perfect blend between Cloud 11’s mission of empowering creators and theCOMMONS’ commitment to building wholesome, meaningful communities.  This new exciting venture will play a part in uplifting the South Sukhumvit neighborhood (Onnut - Udomsuk - Bang Na) into a Southeast Asia’s regional innovation hub in a socially and environmentally mindful way, which are values at the core of both MQDC and Kinnest Group.

Spanning over 5,420 square meters on Cloud 11’s 4th floor, theCOMMONS Cloud 11 will have a direct link to Bangkok’s largest rooftop park that will sit on the complex’s 5th floor. This feature perfectly answers theCOMMONS’ determination to bring urban people closer to nature.

• theCOMMONS Market – At the heart of all theCOMMONS locations is the Market - a gathering ground for specialized food and drink purveyors who are passionate about what they do and do it with utmost care. theCOMMONS Market at Cloud 11 will follow the same principle of being a platform for budding entrepreneurs and creators and providing the community with curated delicious finds.  

• Groundwork – Designed as a comfortable space to work-from-anywhere, it will be the spot to unleash creativity and productivity while staying connected to the community. theCOMMONS Rooms, available for rent, promise to be a perfect location to hold workshops, gatherings, meetings, or company events. 

• All Kinds – Kinnest Group’s newest venture is a retail collective that showcases purpose driven brands and entrepreneurs who have products that are kind to your health & well-being, kind to the community, or kind to the environment. All Kinds flagship store at Cloud 11 will be an immersive retail space that helps brands tell their stories. There will also be an exhibition area devoted to social and environmental topics, which will provide another opportunity for kind creators to showcase their work.

• Grandstand – This semi-outdoor space, which includes theCOMMONS’ iconic steps, leads up to the rooftop park on the 5th floor. It is where you can enjoy time with others while being a little closer to nature.  This area will also host music performances, movie screenings, and other activities by creators and local talents.

• Play Yard – Connecting theCOMMONS Cloud 11 with Cloud 11’s Canal Walk, this semi-outdoor space will have more curated shops and services. The Play Yard is pet-friendly and designed to be a welcoming space to spend time with friends, family and loved ones.

In line with theCOMMONS commitment to sustainability and giving back to the community, theCOMMONS Cloud 11 will have initiatives such as a community fridge, water stations that encourage refill, and recycling stations, just to name a few.
